How it feels/smells/looks

Like all GlamGlow products, the Volcasmic Moisturizer packaging is super cute. The scent is quite sweet, giving off notes of orange and vanilla. It feels light and soft on the skin, but the pressed form means it’s a little more balmy than creamy.

Why I like it

The moisturiser glides on easily, and a little goes a long way. It provides a nice glow underneath your makeup, making it perfect primer substitute to get a dewy look. Also love the scent every time I open the jar.

Areas for improvement

As someone with oily skin, this product didn’t quite mattify my T-Zone. I felt that it was too balmy as a daily moisturiser. However it worked really nicely as a night treatment and kept my makeup intact during the day.

Final comments

It’s a great product but would probably work differently on different skin types. If you’re on the hunt for a moisturiser that doubles as a radiant primer, it’s worth looking into.
