J.Crew x New Balance 998 “Concrete Jungle”

The two American mainstays join forces once again.

In sneaker news, J.Crew and New Balance have teamed up again in what’s expected to be their third line of sell out kicks.

The aptly named Concrete Jungle sees the chunky 998 silhouette laden in a gritty colourway, as inspired by the sights and sounds of NYC at night. Details are hazard-orange and interrupt a camo-coloured upper of suede, mesh and leather.

The line follows on from their last 998 sneaker Independence Day, which reportedly sold out online in a matter of minutes.

With the same demand expected, a limited number of the highly anticipated shoe will be released exclusively in J.Crew Men’s stores on September 13, before a wider release (including online) on September 17. Save the date.
