You’ll exer­cise at 37 degrees– this is because our body tem­per­a­tures are also 37 degrees. When the air around us is the same tem­per­a­ture, it’s eas­ier for us to sub­merge into the stretches, melt­ing ten­sion and keep­ing us from get­ting dis­tracted! And while it’s hot, there’s no need to wrin­kle your nose at One Hot Yoga, as the floor is con­crete and cleaned using a unique botan­i­cal dis­in­fec­tant. What’s more, the stu­dio also uses a Swedish fresh air sys­tem so you’ll con­stantly receive fresh lung-fulls while you work out.

    Well, see­ing as Mel­bourne isn’t really giv­ing it’s all in terms of heat it would be a lovely expe­ri­ence to feel warmth again. And it goes with­out say­ing that it’s a good idea to shed the cush­ion­ing that win­ter eat­ing has cre­ated, those sneaky 1–4 Tim-Tams every few nights does haunt the thighs…
    Also, I adore yoga! It makes me feel so great and pos­i­tive, and I have really wanted to get right into it so this pass would be SO great to get a hold of!

    I’m in need of a hot yoga work­out to get in shape for being maid of hon­our at my sister’s wed­ding! Also.. any excuse to drink copi­ous amounts of coconut water… YUM.

    I have heard such great things about this stu­dio and have been mean­ing to give it a try for a long time. Hav­ing done Bikram in the past I can attest to the ben­e­fits of a hot work­out but the lack of vari­ety in the pos­tures made it dif­fi­cult to stay moti­vated — as did the sor­ing heat. It sounds like two weeks of One Hot Yoga with its beau­ti­ful stu­dio, con­trolled heat and ever chang­ing pos­tures and themes will most def­i­nitely melt away my ten­sions just in time for sum­mer. Count me in please?!

    It’s time to sweat it out, summer’s come about.
    Need to tone the butt, and also the win­ter gut.
    Hot yoga is the answer, so I can have the bod like a dancer.
    One Hot Yoga please pick me, I promise you I’ll be a returnee!
