This social experiment shows beauty bloggers only really care about the packaging

A lesson to all beauty snobs.

I admit, over the last few years, I’ve become a bit of a beauty snob.

Maybe it comes along with the job but I’ve basically sworn off all supermarket beauty products.

Seems I’m not the only one.

Unilever-owned brand, Suave, has pulled one over on a group of influencers, to prove we’re more impressed by products with a big price tag and nice packaging.

It started a new beauty line called Evaus (that’s Suave backwards) and asked some bloggers to try it out.

Fooled by the sleek packaging, the bloggers went on to rave about the new product, before finding out they were actually using Suave’s line of haircare.

We get the point it’s trying to prove. But we also can’t help thinking that maybe Suave should just update its packaging? It’s not a crime to be attracted to pretty things.
