Beauty and the geek.

In a move that's reminiscent of an ep of Beauty and the Geek, beauty giant Covergirl has announced a collab with upcoming blockbuster film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

It's thanks to Covergirl's global creative design director, Pat McGrath, who designed six beauty looks as inspired by the film – three from The Light Side and three from The Dark Side.

The looks use both existing products and new, limited-edition SKUs from the Covergirl x Star Wars make-up collection.

But only two have been revealed so far.

1. The Droid

This luminous look is all about radiance, reflecting The Light Side in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. A swatch of golden eye shadow across lids and cheekbones sets the tone, with gold lipstick and gloss punctuating the palette. Droid highlights a new metallic lip shade from the Covergirl Star Wars lipstick range, Colourlicious Lipstick in Gold.

2. The Stormtrooper

This one's a strong and graphic look to represent the power from The Dark Side. The eyes dominate with a black winged liner and white contrasts. Lips measure up in a deep, mysterious red, using Colourlicious Lipstick in Red.

As part of the collab, Covergirl will be releasing a limited-edition collection of products including four new shades of their Colourlicious Lipsticks and five editions of their Super Sizer Mascara by LashBlast Mascara bearing quotes from the film. They read a little like fortune cookies, with quotes like “There Has Been An Awakening” and “You Will Meet Your Destiny.”

It's all dropping in November and will be available while stocks last.
