How it feels/smells/looks
Definitely feels like silicone on the fingers but goes on matte and feels quite hydrating. As for the packaging, it’s a blogger’s dream: silver, black and white.
Why I like it
The price!!! It’s a drug store price for a high-end primer. It also doesn’t leave that waxy, mask feeling that lots of matte primers do. I’ve tried many expensive variations and this primer is up there with the best.
Areas for improvement
Definitely requires drying time before adding foundation, but for $9 I have all the time in the world.
Final comments
Because it has a matte finish, those with dry skin might prefer the brand’s other primers. Also, less is definitely more with this baby, I found my foundation peeling if I applied too much.
