Design for Australia's leading streetwear brand! We are seeking a highly talented Womenswear designer to join our small team.

Dead Studios is one of Australia's leading streetwear brands. We specialise Men's & Women's premium Denim, Fashion & Accessories.

Dead Studios is for those living by an aesthetic paradigm, ever changing and always emerging, challenging the world of normalcy and embracing lines of flight.

We are seeking a highly organised, detail oriented Womenswear designer to join our small team.

Purpose of this role:

  • Assist head designer with concepts and designs
  • Trend forecasting
  • Garment tech packing - Garment technical drawing ability
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
  • Assist on Shoots
  • Look book design
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Design marketing material, including POS and EDMs  


You must have experience with dealing with factories, and working to tight schedules.

You must have experience in understanding the design process from tech pack to production.

The role will be heavy in tech packing for both Men's and Women's specs, around 250 styles per year. (4 x seasons a year) You must have at least 2 years experience as a Womenswear designer in the youth industry. As well as relevant tertiary education.  

We are looking for an extremely talented individual who can really take hold of our Womenswear side of the business and take it to the next level.
