Role description

We are on the hunt for an e-Commerce Manager at Lee Mathews who oversees all things web-related. This person who will look after online sales, SEO, marketing and social media, but also has a great eye for design. You will work closely with the graphic designer to produce content for social media and marketing, launch campaigns, increase site conversions and oversee the online team to ensure targets are hit and customer service is top notch.

Duties & responsibilities  

  • Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to drive online traffic and sales
  • Create weekly EDMS in Mailchimp
  • Manage the eCommerce platform on Shopify – this includes reporting, product creation, online merching
  • Increase conversion rates, through paid search, SEO, affiliate programs and loyalty programs
  • Manage your online assistant and other online staff
  • Work with the graphic designer to create on-brand content and share social media duties
  • Utilising Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook as key selling tools and traffic drivers
  • Organising and managing e-Commerce photoshoots
  • Build links and increase organic performance through SEO
  • Perform site audits to ensure accuracy of content on the eCommerce platform
  • Overseeing the LM blog
  • Providing regular reporting through Google Analytics, Mailchimp etc

Skills & experience  

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in SEM, SEO, email and social media marketing
  • Experience in Shopify or similar platform(s)
  • eCommerce experience in email marketing and database management
  • Analytical experience (reporting, Google Analytics etc)
  • Basic Adobe skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a great interest in design and fashion and is familiar with the industry
  • Understanding of SEO best practice & on-page SEO techniques
  • Great understanding of Google Analytics and SEO reporting
  • Proven experience in the use of analytic tools to provide insights and recommendations for future online campaigns.
  • Great understanding of online UX
