Following hot on the heels of Nicki Minaj, Ciara is looking pretty fierce in Roberto Cavalli’s fall 2015 campaign.

The hip-hop artist poses in a number of rich, vibrant pieces in a weird teal room with constructed sand dunes. Or as their press release describes it, “A surreal kingdom where the walls look like a magical sky and surfaces enchant with desert volumes and earthy hues.” That works too.

The photos are stunning. Ciara is looking strong and powerful, and she’s doing a pretty good job of selling us those clothes.

Apparently Ciara and Roberto Cavalli met last year in Dubai on a “marvellous night dancing.” Wha? She’s also friends with the label’s new creative director, Peter Dundas, so that combined is probably how this collab came about.

Automatic, supersonic, hypnotic, funky fresh.
