Handsom x Pared sunglasses collaboration
They call them the Puss In Boots.
Australian label Handsom has teamed up with Pared, and released a gorgeous pair of sunglasses, aptly titled Puss In Boots.
The cat-eye design reflects the vintage feel of Handsom and the progressive Pared attitude. The collaboration brings the two labels full circle, as Handsom was one of Pared’s first stockists, and continues to have a strong Pared following.
Pared’s founder, Sam Stevenson, used to design eyewear for Ksubi, and we can definitely see that street-style element in Puss In Boots. The frames come in a navy colourway with gunmetal signature cut out detailing and inlay, grey-gradient lenses, and is handmade from lightweight Japanese acetate.
We’re pretty keen to get our hands on a pair of these. Retailing for $250, you can snatch them up online or from Handsom’s stores in Fitzroy on Gertrude Street, and Little Collins Street.
