Michael Lo Sordo made a strong case for adding satin to your wardrobe yesterday.

Showcasing his Resort 18 collection as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, the designer offered silky gowns, robes and pants in candy pink, bright red, butter yellow and sky blue.

Hair was straight and loose, courtesy of REDKEN 5TH AVENUE NYC, and teamed perfectly with the draped designs.

Take a closer look at the collection above, shot while we hung with a few of the models pre-show.
