Perfectly imperfect, the COMME des GARÇONS Fall 2015 Menswear line was displayed along the Paris Fashion Week runway, asserting a skewed vision of masculinity. Rei Kawakubo released looks of asymmetrical suits and over-present seam lines that destroyed the notion of formality.

Models walked, hooded by heavy military-like helmets that heralded morbidity in the first few looks. These were followed by a brighter collection of short suits, over tattoo stockings designed by artist JK5. Designs immediately attract the eye, before the realisation that COMME des GARÇONS is continuing the dark streak featuring throughout the range (see lines like 'Fight off your demons' printed across the stockings).

The looks became more tailored as the show progressed, ending in sterile white ensembles, harnessed in by animal print sleeves.
