It’s the shoe thats earned a spot in every closet. And the only sneaker to look just as good covered in dirt and holes.

Since 1917, the iconic Converse Chuck Taylor has developed and evolved through creative lenses to keep up with our wardrobe. And its latest addition is yet another step up.

Yesterday, Converse announced the launch of the Chuck Taylor All Star Lux Rubber Collection, delivering a refined and casual sneaker by day, with a hidden detail to show by night.

The new rubber upper is designed as a stylish protection from rainy days, while the soft fleece lining and concealed wedge provides a comfy, subtle elevation, all without loosing the iconic All Star silhouette.

Now, as for the secret feature, a glow-in-the-dark metallic print is revealed by night, showcasing a different side of the Chuck Taylor creativity.

Complete in shades of Poolside and Black/Silver, the range will be released on July 2nd, exclusively at www.converse.com.au, the Melbourne Central Flagship Store and at selected Hype DC stores for RRP $140.
