There is something so great that happens when classic, versatile Converse meets Italian fashion house Missoni.

Their most recent collaboration includes the new Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ’70 and Deck star sneakers, inspired by the journey of a surfer travelling along the Southern European and North African coastlines in search for the perfect wave.

Making its debut on the Milan Runway, the Converse x Missoni collection takes inspiration from The Missioni Men’s SS/15 range, merging European summer style with subtle Maghrebian influences.

Using a loom knit technique to bring back the towelling effect, the sneaker surface is full of texture in warm, sunset desert colourways and soft, earthy tones.

Solid white midsoles, toecaps and heel taps complete the look as iconic Converse additions, and Missoni’s signature terracotta canvas features on the sockliners.

This is a first-string limited edition collection people, available from Saturday July 18 exclusively at the Converse website and Up There Store in Melbourne.
