Mundame launched in April of this year and at the helm is designer Elizabeth Hutchinson, who you might remember from the MFW Emerging Designer Runway circa 2016.

Following the success of its debut AW17 collection, Mundame’s second release, Quest, promises another assortment of silhouettes from decades past.

Quest offers a contemporary twist on ‘70s fashion, with flares, skate belts, hot pants, abstract floral appliqué and kimono robes. True to form, Hutchinson has also included subtle nods to the nineties and noughties in these designs (think one-shoulder tops), for an eclectic reimagining of some of the greatest sartorial decades.

All pieces are designed and made in Melbourne, so you can feel good about supporting local fashion.

Quest will be available online from 6.30pm on Tuesday September 19. But until then, you can peruse the collection above.
