Kowtow’s new collection introduces organic denim

We’ll take one of everything.

Big things are happening at Kowtow. The New-Zealand label has announced the release of its new collection, Pace Forward, alongside a shiny new Australian website.

The collection is quirky and playful, focusing on pastel-coloured, oversized silhouettes and flared cuts straight out of the ’70s.

Fair Trade organic cotton pieces are central to the collection, with 16 new jersey styles acting as building blocks for an ethical wardrobe.

But the most exciting element of the drop the inclusion of Kowtow’s first denim range. The brand has spent a lot of time developing its denim, ensuring it’s of the highest quality and both ethically-sourced and organic. You can pick up four styles: jeans, a dress, a jacket and overalls.

“Denim is such a universal fabric, that it made sense for us to design our own while remaining true to our philosophy,” said Kowtow creative director, Gosia Piatek.

“We spent more than a year developing the perfect 12.5oz mid-weight ethical organic cotton denim, with a classic indigo wash approved by the Global Organic Textile Standard.”

You can shop it all on Kowtow’s new Australian website, which makes it easier to access the brand locally.
