Nike drops second ever women’s-only Air Max
No pink in sight.
To coincide with International Women’s Day, Nike has announced the release of an Air Max model just for women.
It’s named the Jewell and it comes as Nike’s second ever women’s-only Air Max release, joining the Thea from 2013.
The Air Max Jewell celebrates female sneaker culture around the world, featuring a smoother silhouette, shiny heel clip and a leopard print wrap-around.
As with all Air Max releases, the Jewell showcases the classic visible air technology on its black-and-white colourway.
While we’d like Nike to manufacture all Air Max releases for both women and men, we can’t hold it against them for trying. At least it’s not pink and sparkly.
Order a pair from today, and have it just in time for Air Max Day on March 26.
