As her true self, finally.

In her first runway appearance since her gender reassignment surgery last year, Andreja Pejić killed it yesterday at London Fashion Week. The supermodel (yes, we're using the 'S' word) donned a black satin cape with a bow neck and high, ruffled collar for Giles’ Fall/Winter 2015 show.

The transgender model admitted after her surgery that she finally “feels good” in her own skin, and can at last “stand naked in front of a mirror and really enjoy [her] reflection.”

She’s also set to walk at the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival in a special showcase for Josh Goot, and will be sitting front row for other shows just begging to be spotted.

In the image-obsessed world of fashion, Pejić's public transformation is a sign of changing times and we for one, are excited for what lays ahead.
