Talk about a glitch in the system.

Balenciaga hopefuls considered themselves the luckiest online shoppers in the world last week, when the luxury label listed handbags for under $200 a pop.

Talk about a glitch in the system, the high end price points are usually around the $2000 mark.

Before the site went down on Thursday afternoon - causing many shoppers to turn to twitter in outrage as they tried to make their dime a dozen purchases - a few lucky customers were able to place their orders.

Although many fiery shoppers believe they are now entitled to their purchase, it looks like all orders will be cancelled.

It's a reminder that when it comes to luxe purchases, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
