Gucci taps a cast of Italian locals to front its latest campaign

Taking you into the houses of Rome.

If its signature slides and slogan tees weren’t enough for you to jump aboard the Gucci train, maybe its newest campaign will do the trick.

The Roman Rhapsody campaign for the brand’s Cruise 2017 collection captures a non-model cast in their apartments and neighbourhood parks across Rome.

It features a Gucci Rome shop assistant, the owner of one of Rome’s best-known Chinese restaurants, an advertising executive, Italian actress Miriam Leone, and an Italian singer-songwriter.

Shot by Mick Rock, it’s the perfect accompaniment to the vivid and unique collection.
