They're back.

Historically, the scrunchie is an accessory that divides people.

You’re either someone who wears scrunchies, or you’re not.  There is no in between.

Mansur Gavriel has just announced its move to the scrunchie-wearing camp, using the accessory in its first ever ready-to-wear collection at NYFW.

The *runway* scrunchie is made from a vintage Italian fabric, arriving in a mix of prints and solid colours. It will retail for $35USD, which is a step up from the primary school tartan ones we used to wear.

Unfortunately, the label is releasing them exclusively at its New York store, so we’ll just have to rummage through our drawers to find our old ones for now.
