Heads up Bendigo, a Marilyn Monroe exhibition is on its way.
The Bendigo Art Gallery and Twentieth Century Fox are teaming up for the most comprehensive showcase of Marilyn Monroe costumes, personal affects and photographs ever presented.
This includes 20 original costumes worn on set from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, How to Marry a Millionaire, Love Nest and way more.
The exhibition will explore every facet of Monroe from private collections around the world, including pieces from her personal wardrobe.
As the ultimate symbol of the '50s and STILL referenced in pop culture today, we doubt we need to explain the magnitude of this exhibit.
It's all happening down in Bendigo from March 5 to July 10 2016, with tickets on sale now.
As Grace Kelly’s 2012 exhibition had queues down the street, we advise you buy tickets early.
