Double the fun.

Good news, Melburnians. Manchester Lane has just become home to a shiny new split store. And it’s housing streetwear boutique, Principal, and Danish brand, Rains.

It's basically like the double rainbow of retail.

Principal brings together premium brands, stocking Australian labels like Lucy Folk and Kloke, as well as Saturdays NYC and more.

And just in time for the misery that is Melbourne’s winter, the Rains side of things offers the rainwear label’s entire range of jackets, accessories and luggage.

While the doors only recently opened, this not to be mistaken for a newbie shop. The concept store has already been tried and tested on Chapel Street for the past year and a half. After success there, it was time to go permanent.

The space itself sees a clean, minimal aesthetic to make these labels (and Melburnians) feel instantly at home.
