Proud mama.

Last night, Beyoncé stepped out for a surprise performance at the Country Music Awards.

While that was exciting for everyone actually in attendance, people Down Under were not so silently freaking out for a different reason. Queen Bey was wearing J’Aton Couture.

Fans of the Melbourne couturier took to social media to share their pride, as designers Jacob Luppino and Anthony Pittorino expressed their excitement on both Instagram and Twitter.

“We were honoured to create this special piece for Beyoncé, we worked closely for months to create this,” the designers told Daily Life.

From humble beginnings in the Melbourne suburb of Ascot Vale, the duo now has plans to move to New York to open a studio overseas.

The boys' activewear collab with Jaggad also drops next week, in case you needed another reason to get around the pair.
