Saint Laurent is now taking applications for a six-month internship program

And with that, I’m moving to Paris.

In news that will have you packing your bags for Paris, Saint Laurent has announced a new internship program to nurture up-and-coming designers.

The newly-launched, six-month program will focus on areas of innovation and sustainability within design. In partnership with two Parisian fashion colleges, it aims to create a generation of fashion designers committed to sustainable practice.

Kicking off in September, chosen students from Institut Français de la Mode and the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne will work from the Saint Laurent offices, as well as participate in 25 days of specialty courses held at both schools.

Throughout the internship, staff from Saint Laurent will work with students on craft and creativity projects. At the program’s conclusion, interns will present a special project to a jury of school and Saint Laurent staff.

Applications are now open through both schools. Is it too late to enrol?
