Like a chocolate milkshake…oooooonly crunchy!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup honey or rice brain syrup
1 tbsp natural greek yoghurt

To serve: Milk

METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into an electric mixer.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls, about marble sized or bigger.
4. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 mins or until cooked through and crunchy.
5. Allow to cool before enjoying for breakfast…or any meal of the day for that matter.
