Yoga mat not included.

Money can be a great motivator to work out. It can get you up at 6am when you realise you’re paying $50 a week for this class, because you’re damn well going to get your money’s worth.

But it can also be a deterrent to those who can’t spare the extra cash on a yoga class each week.

Nike hears you, which is why it has dropped a series of free yoga workouts through the Nike+ Training Club app (which is also free).

The workouts range from 15 to 45 minutes and fall under one of three categories: endurance, strength and mobility.

Four new sessions will be launching from June 28, followed by another 10 between July and September.

The best part is, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do the workouts. The app is designed to allow you to work out anywhere, anytime.

All you need is the yoga mat.

Download the app here.
