A relic to pass on to the next generation.

Our hysterical love for avocados has finally been immortalised in print.

You can now add an avocado cookbook to your kitchen collection, with 96 whole pages dedicated to the stone fruit.

The hardback features 40 recipes alongside facts about the benefits of the humble avocado. You can navigate your way through the book according to texture, with chapters divided up into smashed, smooth, chunky or whole.

And in the interest of our house deposits, the book is about the same price as a smashed avo at your favourite cafe. Now that’s value for money.

Someone remember to send a copy to that journo from The Australian.

You can buy The Goodness of Avocado by Lucy Jessop here.
