When will it stop?

There’s been a lot of talk around town about Instagram and the many features rumoured to emerge.

And yet again, another design trial has taken place. Now the Explore page of your app is set to offer a ‘Picked For You’ section, curating videos that you’re defs going to love (according to your browsing and likes).

There will be categories to explore such as beauty, travel and cooking, kinda similar to the Facebook newsfeed filters. The motivation behind the change is to bring communities closer together, through selected channels and interests.

This update is currently only available in the US, but is set to sail worldwide.

It’s a pretty cool update, but it seems like every day we’re getting further and further away from the classic Insta we all loved. Goodbye simple photo feed.
