A little bit of HP history.

Fellow HP lovers, you’ve got yet another reason to get excited.

It seems the owners of the original 4 Privet Drive house have decided to make the most of the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child hype, putting the property up for sale.

The Dursley home, which is in the real-life location of 12 Picket Post Close in Martins Heron, Bracknell has hit the market at £475,000 (around $821,524 AUD).

The house itself boasts three bedrooms, a new driveway, a garden and patio, an upgraded alarm system (to warn of imminent Death Eater attacks) and two bathrooms.

Sadly, if you were hoping for an exact replica of Harry’s horrid childhood home, you’ll be disappointed. The property has been newly (and hideously) renovated, meaning it’s lost most of its HP charm.

You can see the official listing here.
