Appliance goals.

Words by

Nikki Escalante

For all those dull moments in life, there’s nothing a little Dolce & Gabbana toaster can’t fix.

Introducing Sicily My Love, the latest collaboration between D&G and Smeg.

The partnership sees Smeg’s retro kitchen appliances totally revamped by a roster of Sicilian artists from the Italian fashion house.

The collection celebrates the rich and decorative tradition of the island, and the summer season is splashed all over it. Citrus fruits, landscapes and floral prints adorn small appliances like toasters, juicers, coffee machines and kettles.

The collection will be on display at Milan’s annual design show, Salone del Mobile, which starts next week.
