The beauty!

Words by

Nikki Escalante

Here to fulfil your lifelong dream of camping out in a furniture store, retailer West Elm has partnered with hospitality management team, DDK, to open up a hotel chain.

Yep, a West Elm hotel. Just let that sink in.

Known for its modern-meets-country aesthetic, the retailer will aim to bring “boutique level hospitality, in a thoroughly modern environment while highlighting local design elements.”

Set to open in late 2018, the hotels will offer rooms decked out in local artwork, cuisine and, of course, fully-purchasable West Elm goods. So you can order that tufted upholstered bed online while you sink in it.

Unfortunately for us folks Down Under (as usual), West Elm has only announced a set of US locations, listed below:

Charlotte, North Carolina
Indianapolis, Indiana
Detroit, Michigan
Savannah, Georgia
Nashville, Tennessee

2018 holiday, anyone?
