A whole festival about oysters is returning to Sydney in 2015
$1 oysters people.
The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room is hosting its annual Oyster Festival throughout August.
There’s no need to get shellfish – there will be over 20 types of oysters on display (including the giant Jurassic oyster), as well as a series of masterclasses and shucking stations led by talented executive chef Sean Connelly.
Oh, and $1 oysters.
