What a queen.

FKA twigs is pretty darn amazing but we didn’t need to tell you that.

She’s always shied away from press stuff but her latest cover story for Complex magazine is probably the most revealing thing we’ve ever read about her.

The interview covers a lot. Her parents, her childhood, learning dance and opera, studying sociology and philosophy, being a backup dancer, a musician and later her own producer, her frustrations with the press, her engagement with RPatz, dealing with racist tweets, and genre pigeonholing.

EP3 is in the works. It’s called Melissa, which represents her “personal female energy”.

It’s a graphic-heavy article with a number of cinemagraphs that are just as bewitching as the artist herself.

Slay.
