The xx has followed up two aesthetically pleasing music videos, with their most impressive clip to date.

The video for ‘I Dare You’ dropped today and it's pretty much a beautifully-shot short film.

Directed by filmmaker Alasdair McLellan – who also created videos for ‘On Hold’ and ‘Say Something Loving’ – the clip saw a collaboration with Calvin Klein’s chief creative officer, Raf Simons.

The video stars a cast of Calvin Klein collaborators, including Millie Bobby Brown and Paris Jackson, plus CK models Ashton Sanders, Lulu and Ernesto Cervantes.

“It’s basically about transcending,” says Millie Bobby Brown of the video’s narrative.

“Paris is transcending into love, Lulu into liking boys, and I’m transcending into a teen. So it’s really emotional for me.

“It’s happening right now to all these kids—it’s all really real and true.”
