Role Description
ZIMMERMANN is seeking a passionate and experienced 360° Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
The role ensures alignment with Zimmermann’s brand identity, strategic objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while overseeing collaboration between various teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive campaign concepts and core messaging that align with the brand’s overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities and regional nuances.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of 360° campaigns, ensuring that all aspects—from creative to media—are aligned with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Creative Content and Marketing team, as well as Digital Marketing, PR and CRM, to ensure cohesive, on-brand campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns at scale, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
- Analyze data and report on the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all campaign elements, including media spend, creative production, and agency fees.
KEY SKILLS
- Proven experience managing 360° campaigns, particularly in a premium or luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, PR, and experiential marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Proficient in marketing technology tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, project management software).
