Role Description
As an Airmed Graphic Designer, you’ll create polished, engaging creative across Airmed’s digital and physical channels, including EDMs, social media, paid advertising, website, product launches, campaigns, events and promotional activity.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll take projects from the initial brief and concept development through to final artwork and delivery. You’ll manage multiple priorities, adapt creative across a range of formats and help evolve Airmed’s visual identity in a way that feels consistent, relevant and commercially effective.
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented designer who is comfortable working independently while contributing ideas and collaborating with the wider team. You communicate clearly, apply feedback and enjoy refining creative to achieve the strongest possible outcome.
You bring fresh thinking to the brand while understanding how to balance creativity with audience, campaign and business needs. Most importantly, you care about producing thoughtful, high-quality work and take pride in creating assets that feel considered and distinctively Airmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create polished, on-brand graphic assets across website, social media, paid advertising, EDMs, e-commerce, events and promotional campaigns.
- Design event, PR and promotional collateral, including signage, invitations and printed materials that reflect the brand aesthetic.
- Create homepage banners, collection graphics, landing page visuals, promotional tiles and other digital assets.
- Develop and contribute to creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, product launches and key brand moments.
- Adapt campaign concepts across square, portrait, landscape, web, email, print and large-format applications.
- Stay across design trends, digital best practice and emerging creative tools.
- Apply and evolve Airmed’s visual identity while ensuring all creative remains aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage your own workload, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Review and quality-check all artwork for layout, typography, spelling, dimensions, image quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain organised working files, templates and clear file-naming conventions across projects.
