Role Description
ZIMMERMANN is excited to share a career opportunity for a meticulous and data-focused Allocator to join our Planning team during a period of growth.
To be considered for this role you will need to be available full-time (Monday to Friday) to work from our Head Office in Rosebery, NSW 2018.
About the Team and Role
Our Planning team is responsible for maximising product performance and sell-through by managing the Retail Store allocation and consolidation process per region.
In the role of Allocator, you will report to the Retail Planner for Australia and be responsible for conducting weekly sales analysis to form data-driven recommendations for stock allocations and replenishments for our Australian Boutiques.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocating stock replenishment to our Australian Retail Boutiques on a fortnightly basis.
- Analyse weekly sales by Boutique to make recommendations and to action consolidations that will maximise sales and minimise markdowns.
- Allocate re-cuts to Boutiques and maintain accurate records on our re-cuts tracker.
- Work in collaboration with the Warehouse team to ensure the timely dispatch of stock to our Boutiques.
- Assist with the building of new boutique stock packages and action any consolidations from Boutiques as necessary.
- Run and monitor Sell Through, Best Seller and Boutique KPI Performance reports to assist with stock allocations and removals.
- Participate in Retail Boutique visits to understand client preferences and collect feedback to support the stock allocation processes.
KEY SKILLS
- A passion for luxury products and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated experience with sales, stock & inventory management, and allocations.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems such as AP21 is highly regarded.
- A strong work ethic; can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Is highly organised and can work to strict and often conflicting timelines.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
