A great opportunity exists for a new Account Manager wanting to develop depth of experience, or a Senior Account Executive ready for their next step.

You’ll be working as part of a passionate and energised team in AMPR’s vibrant Richmond office space.

The agency has an enviable list of clients spanning the lifestyle industries including Specsavers, Chemist Warehouse, L’Oreal, Melbourne Racing Club, The Royal Melbourne Show, Forever New, Sussan, Witchery and more.

To shine in this role, you’ll have 4+ years agency experience (preferable) working with consumer brands, with demonstrated success in delivering strategic communication plans. You’ll be passionate, honest and full of energy. You’ll be able to keep your cool under pressure by being organised, effective with your time and ability to problem solve. You’ll love leading and influencing not only your clients, but also the Accounts Executives and Account Coordinators in your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing and growing AMPR relationships with nominated major accounts by providing personal, attentive, high quality and effective PR services that exceed clients’ expectations and KPIs
  • Providing successful strategic account servicing support to clients and become an extension of their team
  • Leadership and development of direct reports and service teams
  • Building strong client partnerships using your exceptional relationships, organisational and communication skills
  • With the Senior Account Managers or Account Directors, developing creative and relevant concepts and campaigns to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Leading and managing the delivery of projects, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and results
  • Retaining and growing your client base, by always seeking new and innovative opportunities
  • Assisting in the acquisition of new clients through your relationships and commercial thinking
