Role Description

The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximising production output and efficiency, as well as taking part in improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and supervise the site operation to achieve the company’s business objectives
- Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing. Ensure operational efficiency
- Solve or report any practical and order problems in production
- Monitor performance of outsourced service providers and ensure inventory accuracy at the production site
- Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
- Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
- As a first point of contact for logistics issues related to retail distribution/local delivery/stock return
- As a contact point between HK logistics team and AU logistics service providers
KEY SKILLS
- Tertiary education/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
- 3+ years of working experience in production management/operations management
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Fast-paced learner and team player
