Role Description
Boody is looking for a new Influencer and Social Media Coordinator!
Our new Influencer and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for the daily planning, capture and production of social media content, along with the administrative management of influencer partnerships. Reporting to the Influencer and Social Media Specialist, this role focuses on producing high-quality in-house assets, editing multi-channel content, and maintaining consistent communication with brand partners.
This role’s primary goal is to support the brand’s social and influencer strategy by delivering trend-relevant content and ensuring the efficient flow of influencer deliverables from onboarding through to creative learnings and reporting.
ABOUT YOU
- 1 – 3 years of Social Media/Influencer experience, ideally in an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Experience in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot to produce polished and engaging short-form video assets.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a passion for brand storytelling and connecting with customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape with the ability to identify and apply emerging trends to a commercial brand environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to extract meaningful data for weekly performance reporting.
- Experience in drafting brand-aligned social copy and captions that drive engagement while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
- A creative thinker who enjoys bringing creative ideas to life through cross-functional collaboration and taking initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven business, with the organisational skills to back this up.

Key Responsibilities
CONTENT CREATION AND PRODUCTION
- Create original and engaging in-house content, including filming to-camera segments, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit raw video footage from both internal shoots and influencer partners to produce high-performing assets for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms.
- Analyse emerging social media trends and viral audio to identify opportunities for the brand to react quickly to new content moments that align with Boody’s brand presence.
- Provide on-site and administrative support for our social and e-commerce shoots, capturing social-first content and ensure all supplementary asset requirements are met.
INFLUENCER AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATION
- Assist with day-to-day correspondence with existing influencer partners, supporting the Influencer & Social Media Specialist with initial outreach briefing through to delivery tracking and other general inquiries.
- Execute end-to-end coordination of influencer content, including receiving assets, providing creative feedback, and maintaining an organised asset storage system.
- Ensure all influencer deliverables are reviewed against creative briefs and brand guidelines before they are cleared for use.
- Support the Influencer & Social Media Specialist with content calendar planning by suggesting placements for organic and influencer-led posts. Assist with scheduling all content across social channels.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports by gathering performance data and influencer metrics to inform trade discussions.
- Draft engaging and brand-aligned captions for all social media posts, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent across all platforms.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to monitor social sentiment and engage with the community through comments and direct interactions, providing guidance on Boody’s brand voice in all community member interactions.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for engagement with VIP community members and high-profile brand advocates.
- Monitor tagged posts and brand mentions daily to ensure the community feels recognised through likes, comments, and shares.
