• Engage customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Building lasting relationships with our customers by understanding their desires, providing advice and being memorable beyond sales.
• Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system on Shopify.
• Reflect the boutique’s brand image and values through exemplary customer service and professionalism.
• Uphold store cleanliness and tidiness standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn within the role.
• Maintain open, positive and constructive communication with team members.
• Communicate effectively with head office and keep in contact with key customers to share new collections and product arrivals.
• Works well in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

About You

• Able to work 2 – 3 days a week and able to start in September
• Previous experience with women’s wear or luxury fashion industry and sales experience is desirable
• Fashion savvy, ability to style and put together outfits on the spot and under pressure whilst meeting customer desires.
• High attention to detail, from ensuring that merchandise is well presented on the sales floor through visual merchandising to accurately processing transactions and product information.
