Role Description
This is an exciting role for an energetic customer focused all-rounder that is looking for an entry into the behind the scenes of end to end brand management, the role will touch all areas of the brand and be integral to the efficient running of the brand across all areas.
The role is diverse in that it touches all areas of the brand and will be expected to partner with Operations, Inventory, Marketing, PR, Office Management, Design and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, providing solutions in a timely, polite and helpful manner.
- Ensure compliance with the e-commerce Stores policies
- Liaise with the 3PL warehouse to ensure compliance with delivery timelines
- Communicate feedback to the team and management on customer insights and changes in customer sentiment or market trends
- Manage all tickets in a timely manner, sending enquiries onto the relevant team via AUS time on slack for accurate feedback for customers.
- Providing a report on a monthly basis on customer ticket volume and also the nature of the enquiries.
- Ensure that the stationary and office supplies are stocked and ordered on time and within cost
- Liaise with all courier drivers to ensure that parcels are dispatched and collated on time
- Manage meeting rooms and ensure that the office is kept clean and tidy
- Manage catering and event coordination for all events held in the HQ
- Booking and management of all flight bookings and accommodation for all third party brand affiliates
- Diary management and running of errands as required for the directors and the team as directed
- Managing the inbound samples and cross checking against the range plan
- Ensuring that all samples are put away to either racking or storage areas
- Liaise with suppliers on inbound and out bound samples ensuring that everything is dispatched and arrives on time
- Manage all swatch and fabric/trim cards received from suppliers ensuring that all have a place of reference
- Updating all range documents as directed to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date
- ADHOC projects that require support with content, talent management, updating of calendars
- Maintaining marketing documents where required and also systems
- Packing & sending PR boxes.
- Gathering data and analysis for trade and EOM reporting
- Analsing and preparing data for reporting related to inventory and trade
- Monday reporting on best sellers and sell thru
- Maintaining data integrity on product registration and SOH
- Updating of systems, I8/Shopify
- Uploading of collections into Shopify
- Weekly merchandising of the site in accordance to the trade direction given
- Working closely with the Operations Coordinator ensure that all copy and product information is uploaded and updated in real time and on time
KEY SKILLS
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to take direction and pivot where needed
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Highly organized and excellent project management skills
- Curiosity to learn and a desire to progress within the fashion industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Organized and detail orientated
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge and teach savvy with systems
- 2 Years work experience minimum ideally from within Fashion apparel brand or agency
