Role Description
Working from our Alexandria Head Office, this is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our small and passionate team in a role that will expose the right candidate to all aspects of the brand.
We are looking for a Brand Coordinator who works well in a team and is excited to take initiative and be proactive as the brand evolves and grows. You will have an attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Creative Director and Social Media Coordinator in identifying new and on brand collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare samples for photoshoots.
- Assist with the production of campaigns and look books.
- Assist production with measuring samples and shipping pieces as required.
- Create seasonal sales assets for wholesalers. Experience with Excel will assist here.
- Generate sales orders in our inventory management system.
- Generate product codes in our ERP platform.
- Nurture ongoing relationships with wholesale partners.
- Create new products and upload new collections to Shopify/ERP platform.
About You
- Experience within the industry is highly regarded, but not a requirement
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite, primarily InDesign and Photoshop preferred, but
not a requirement. - Strong excel skills will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of social media trends and an understanding of social media metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience working on Shopify is highly regarded.
- Experience working with MYOB will be highly regarded but not essential.
