An exciting opportunity is available at our beautiful sunlit Fitzroy, Melbourne showroom.
This role requires a strong sense of self, the ability to work autonomously, and the passion to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and flawless execution.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations. You should be highly organised with a keen eye for detail, ideally with previous retail experience, particularly in high-end fashion or luxury goods. Strong administration, communication, and customer service skills are essential. This position is sales-driven with a commission-based structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Always put the customer first by offering an exceptional experience through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge
- Proficient in MONDAY program, keeping up-to-date with the latest in production and orders
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the showroom, managing stock and orders efficiently
- Ensure that visual merchandising and store cleanliness meet brand standards
- Foster an environment where your passion for fashion and commitment to superior customer service shine
- Demonstrate impeccable interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and their families
- Maintain a natural enthusiasm and optimism in all tasks
KEY SKILLS
- This is a casual position (2-3 days a week), with shifts available on Fridays, Saturdays, and occasionally during the week.
