Role Description
We are currently searching for a Content Creator to join the team based in our beautiful head office in Alexandria. This role is permanent and full time.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Art Director by quickly turning campaign direction into channel-ready content for social
- Adapt visual concepts and templates developed by the Graphic Designer into social-first variations
- Maintain open communication across the creative and marketing team to ensure alignment with trade calendar and product focuses whilst maintaining a visual seasonal and brand consistency
- Create short-form and long-form content tailored for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) with a focus on immediacy, trade calendar, trend relevance and performance with all assets reflective and supportive of the brand’s visual identity
- Shoot, edit, and deliver content across various formats i.e. static, video, motion graphics and UGC-style
- Edit and optimise existing assets provided by the Art Director and Graphic Designer for paid social and organic use
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual storytelling in real time
- Stay ahead of platform-specific trends, audio, and content styles, incorporating relevant moments into content creation
- Recommend real-time content opportunities to the broader creative team, particularly during seasonal or campaign moments
- Liaise with UGC creators and influencers to brief, guide, and gather content aligned to brand tone and campaign strategy
- Edit and repackage influencer content into high-conversion formats for paid and organic distribution
KEY SKILLS
- To be successful in this role, you are deeply immersed in social media, with a strong awareness of trends, platform behaviors, and what captures attention.
- With 2 years of experience in content creation, ideally within the fashion industry, you bring a well-rounded portfolio that showcases social-first work, including UGC-style videos, paid advertising creatives, and motion assets.
- You are proficient in video editing tools and confident managing the entire content production process independently, from planning and shooting to final edits.
- You understand core performance metrics and can adapt quickly to produce relevant, high-impact content under tight timelines.
- You collaborate effectively, respond well to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Above all, you demonstrate the qualities we value most: ambition, humility, and sharp thinking.
