The Creative Content & Social Team is responsible for all brand marketing creative and social media. Made up of creatives who are passionate about fashion retail and storytelling. They encourage each other to create without fear, believing the best creative comes when we step outside of our comfort zone. They nurture a fast-paced and lively hub of inspiration to bring to life the product and brand stories our customers love. The team comprises of stylists, writers, designers, videographers, social media experts and producers with a broad range of expertise and experience so we are a constant source of inspiration to each other. Production is a bustling hub of clothes and products making their way online for our customers to purchase. Our studios are filled with music, models, photographers and stylists flowing each style item through a whirlwind tour of our Production cycle. As one of the largest departments at THE ICONIC, working our magic across two locations, the vibe is busy, fast-paced, and full of passionate & process-driven go-getters!

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising PO’s for production/ social/ Freelance
  • Support Head of Creative with all calendar management and corporate credit expenses
  • Communication with externals regarding invoice payment /setting up contracts/ booking meetings for production team and creative operations manager
  • Support Head of Production with creating contracts and bringing new vendors onboard
  • Assist the creative and social team with ad hoc tasks including contractual management
  • Compiling all production trade shoot admin into individual decks and into
  • Monday.com each month
  • Adhoc tasks include booking couriers, assisting styling team, organising catering for shoots, source props for shoots.
  • Organise team reminders in everyone’s calendar
  • Transcript videos for creative as required
  • Sample coordination support
  • Traffic Management

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideally you will have 1-2 years of experience in a Coordinator/Administration position
  • Strong communication skills with a great eye for detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A strong team player who embodies our ICONIC Principles
  • An ability to multitask and problem solve autonomously and resiliently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to shoot production is highly desirable.
