The CRM Team at The ICONIC is integral to the overall success of the business, driving customer engagement and sales through our owned channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. We are also tasked with managing and delivering personalised customer experiences via our website and mobile app. The team is positioned within the broader Customer team and works in collaboration with commercial, product, technology and eCommerce, ensuring alignment with shared goals and objectives.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM team. You’ll be hands-on with tasks like crafting and delivering engaging email campaign, building dynamic audience segments, and keeping our onsite and app content fresh and relevant.
This role is crucial in championing our CRM’S team’s mission to drive data-led strategies that elevate the customer experience and help make THE ICONIC a truly customer-centric business. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and management of CRM content using Braze, including email campaigns, push notifications, sms and in-app notifications.
- Manage and brief graphics requests, ensuring the team has all necessary assets and copy in line with business requirements.
- Prepare weekly CRM reports, delivering insights on key performance metrics.
- Support the optimisation of CRM campaigns and strategies to drive engagement and results.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to enhance campaign performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all channels.
- Provide support for key projects as required, in line with team priorities and business strategy.
KEY SKILLS
- A passion for all things retail (it’s what we do)
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
- Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia
