Role Description
We’re currently seeking two enthusiastic and passionate team members who understand the Aletheia and Phos ethos.
As an integral part of our team, you provide exceptional customer service, and your warm and professional communication skills make our customers feel valued and connected to their jewellery. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating product dispatch, and maintaining accurate records.

This role is role is part time, Tuesday through to Sunday at our flagship store in Fitzroy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and a welcoming experience for our customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right jewellery pieces
- Working in the flagship boutique independently. This will entail opening and closing procedures
- Process and manage online customer orders using Starshipit, Aus Post and DHL Express, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Inventory management, including stock replenishment, conducting regular stock counts and PR inventory.
- QC of bulk production
Key Skills
- 2+ years experience in a similar eCommerce/Customer Service role.
- Proficient with Shopify and Starshipit.
- Knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and Google suite.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passionate about quality and craftsmanship, with a genuine interest in jewellery.
- Previous experience in a jewellery related role is preferred
