Role Description
We’re looking for a graduate or entry-level candidate to join our team full time as a Customer Service representative. This is an excellent role for someone to gain experience in the fashion industry. This person will have a rewarding and direct impact on our brand’s growth internationally. Anyone who appreciates a great online shopping experience will thrive in this position and we ready to train this person with all the right skills to make it happen.
The purpose of the Customer Service representative is to provide an excellent level of customer service to all online retail customers, and some wholesale accounts. they ensure a smooth and thorough functioning of our online orders. This is a highly administrative role. Interpersonal skills, a love of processes, and attention to detail are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Customer service
- Managing email inboxes, including
- Responding to queries on products, sizing, order
policies etc - Responding to returns and exchanges requests
- Forwarding email queries to relevant staff
- Filing emails
- Assessing and processing returned and exchanged garments
- Liaising with US warehouse to facilitate US returns and exchanges
- Answering Unreal Fur office phone
- Greeting warehouse visitors
- Liaising with couriers and customers on any delivery issues
Website Management Assistance
- Auditing and uploading products onto our Shopify E-commerce platform
- Uploading new imagery, video content, and other assets onto our Shopify e-commerce platform
Order Admin
- Processing orders in Cin7
- Processing returns and exchanges in Cin7
- Assisting warehouse manager where relevant
- Filing of any physical order paperwork
Dropship Partner Support
- Processing dropship store orders in our ERP system– includes Farfetch, Iconic, Verishop & Atterley
- Processing and accepting returns on dropship backends – including Farfetch backend (STORM)
- Processing dropship partner returns and exchanges in Cin7
- Responding to dropship partner customer service queries
Skills Required
- Excellent online and in-person customer service rapport
- Intermediate excel skills
- High attention to administrative processes and detail
- Desired, but not required: Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platform experience
